Job Description

The Installation Supervisor assists with the supervision of apprentices, plans work schedules, and ensures activities follow specific procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise apprentices, plan work schedules, and ensure adherence to procedures and standards.
• Allocate spares and materials, and ensure safety rules are followed.
• Regularly inspect the workplace, identify, and resolve material and equipment issues.
• Seek continuous improvements in products, machines, and equipment.
• Manage stock levels, issue stock to technicians, and order new or replacement stock and consumables.
• Verify overtime and be present at various work sites during the week and weekends.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Technician
• Experience in cameras, fleet, and SVR installations
• Strong administrative skills
• Computer literacy
