Job description

Hire Resolve's client is a leading food production company in the Western Cape seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to oversee their daily operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the store in the absence of the Manager or during shift changes with the Manager.
2. Maintain clean and organized checkout areas.
3. Establish or identify prices for goods, services, and utilize optical price scanners.
4. Handle customer complaints and provide information on policies and procedures.
5. Liaise with internal and external clients.
6. Perform cashier duties as required, along with daily client service duties.
7. Stack fish products and control stock of fresh, frozen, and smoked products.
8. Handle incoming stock and perform filleting on fresh products.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Good process and product knowledge.
• Ability to operate independently and work under pressure.
• Quick learner and adaptable.
• Proactive and customer service-oriented.
• Compliance with Pre-Placement Analysis.
• Self-motivated.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
