Qualifications

• Currently a 3rd year undergraduate or pursuing a full-time honours/master's degree.
• Majoring in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Data & Analytics, Cybersecurity, Finance & Economics, Financial Engineering, or Business.
• South African citizen.
• No prior experience required.
• Strong data analysis and numeracy skills.
• Good business writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assess needs and provide solutions through client interaction
• Compile, maintain, and monitor economic and industry data through research
• Make investment recommendations using quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Evaluate fund/investment performance through financial performance reviews
• Develop software proficiency to deliver required outputs
• Contribute to Nedbank's culture-building and corporate social responsibility initiatives
• Keep abreast of legislation and industry changes impacting the role
