The Nedbank Corporate and Investment Banking (NCIB) Young Analyst Programme aims to assist with the implementation of the business investment philosophy through data analysis, research, and support functions in line with the Nedbank Group strategy. The role involves assessing needs and providing solutions by interacting with internal and external clients, offering feedback, and making business presentations to stakeholders. It requires developing collaborative relationships to achieve work goals and compiling, maintaining, and monitoring economic, industry, and other data series through research. The analyst will make investment recommendations using quantitative and qualitative analysis, identify and interpret relevant information, and contribute to a culture of transformation by participating in Nedbank culture-building initiatives. Responsibilities also include supporting corporate social responsibility initiatives, enhancing processes and systems, evaluating the performance of funds through regular reviews, and developing software proficiency. Clear communication in written documentation, developing industry knowledge, staying updated on legislative changes, and embracing Nedbank's vision.
