Job Description

The Sub Regional Marketing and Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to establish the Company as the premier provider in the region.

The Sub Regional Marketing and Sales Manager must be innovative and forward-thinking, drive brand awareness and social media campaigns, and achieve business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, identify market opportunities, and drive growth and market penetration. Be involved in client acquisition and retention, setting clear objectives and KPIs.
  2. Brand Management: Lead the development and positioning of the Company within the region, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  3. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, analyze performance, and optimize strategies.
  4. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends; utilize data for strategic decisions.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, representing the Company at events.
  6. Business Support & Budget Management: Support sales and marketing efforts, manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and report on performance.
  7. Digital Marketing: Oversee digital strategies, social media, and online presence, leveraging digital tools for engagement and loyalty.

Ensure compliance with SGS QHSE and HR policies, and support all entities with marketing and sales activities. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
