This department provides student placement services to universities in Australia, Canada, USA, UK, New Zealand, Netherlands, Ireland, Cyprus, Sweden and Mauritius. We offer a dynamic and challenging environment where we achieve our business objectives and have fun doing it.

You’re perfect for this position if you:
  • Have previous relevant industry experience.
  • Have a diploma or degree preferably.
  • Have key customer service and sales skills.
  • Are able to take initiative, be self-motivated and proactive.
  • Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally with international clients and partners.
  • Are computer literate, proficient in typing and have experience using MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Have excellent reporting skills.
Your role and responsibilities:

Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and forecasting to ensure that targets are achieved.
  • Qualifying student academically and financially.
  • Building lead generation for new student acquisition.
  • Working alongside the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies.
  • Advising and consulting with learners and prospective students as well as supporting their entire student journey.
  • Maintaining relationships with university partners, schools, teachers, parents and partner agents as well as students in the process.
  • Ensuring you are abreast of product knowledge to be able to effectively market products and consult students and prospective learners.
  • Developing new partner agent channels.
  • Data capturing onto CRM system and related administration duties.
