Job description

The Student Recruitment Representative reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager and is responsible for recruiting students through direct marketing and personal selling of tertiary education courses/programs to meet student number goals.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Recruit students via outreach programmes, direct marketing, and personal selling of tertiary education courses to achieve enrollment targets.
2. Manage the sales funnel from lead generation, converting prospects to applicants, and assisting with student registration.
3. Educate, inspire, and advise students, parents/guardians, teachers, career counsellors, psychologists, and industry stakeholders about the company's educational offerings, while maintaining strong relationships with feeder schools.

Requirements:

Education:

• Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Somatology, Health & Skin Care, or Advanced Dermal Aesthetics.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Sales Management, Education, Communications, Business Management, or Counselling is advantageous.

Experience:

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across provinces.
• Two to three years of practical experience in recruitment, marketing, and sales.
• Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
• Comfortable spending approximately 3 hours daily on the phone promoting courses to prospective students and parents.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly while traveling, completing administrative and sales tasks from various locations.
