Responsibilities

  • Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
  • Handle all incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and students.
  • Prepare and manage boardrooms for meetings.
  • Assist contractors with building access and maintain a key register.
  • Provide friendly and efficient service, ensuring queries are resolved or directed.
  • Support the Property Manager with administrative tasks.
  • Manage facilities services in line with policies and procedures.
  • Process internal and external communications.
  • Create work orders for maintenance issues.
  • Attend and take minutes at Property Management meetings.
  • Monitor and respond to emails in the admin mailbox.
  • Ensure availability of relevant forms at reception.
  • Assist with student-related inquiries or escalate to the appropriate person.
