In this role, you'll support prospective students through the enrolment journey as they pursue postgraduate studies with international universities. Your goal will be to engage, guide, and inspire learners, helping them advance their education and careers.

Your Mission

To educate, consult, support, and enroll suitable applicants into Career Accelerator programs. As part of a global team, you'll deliver excellent service, customer experience, and sales results.

Daily Responsibilities

  1. Guide prospective students through application and enrollment processes.
  2. Drive enrollments by influencing customer decisions using your sales skills.
  3. Contact leads via phone, email, and video within a structured contact strategy.
  4. Use CRM tools (HubSpot) to track and manage the student journey.
  5. Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service.
  6. Collaborate with sales and support teams for smooth student onboarding.
  7. Communicate the benefits of the Career Accelerator programs and partner brand value.
  8. Participate in training and special projects for continuous improvement.
  9. Encourage referrals to grow student numbers.

Requirements
