Description:
Our client based in Sandton, Gauteng, is currently seeking to employ a Student Advisor (Undergrad).
Requirements:
- National Diploma (NQF6) with 3 years of sales experience, or
- Minimum of National Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with 5 years of sales experience.
- Driver's license and own vehicle are essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and stakeholders.
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations at schools.
- Friendly, tenacious, target-driven, with excellent organizational skills.
- Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Presentation Targets:
- Deliver engaging presentations at targeted schools to showcase our institution's benefits.
- Distribute marketing materials and interact with students to generate interest and inquiries.
- Represent our brand at career expos and stakeholder events.
- Achieve monthly presentation targets based on school priorities.
Database Collection:
- Meet monthly targets for collecting school databases to expand reach.
Interview Targets:
- Proactively call prospective students, schedule interviews, and meet daily and weekly targets.
- Follow up on online applications, ensuring proof of payments and scheduling appointments.
- Respond promptly to online and telephonic inquiries.
- Conduct interviews using established scripts, building rapport with students and parents.
- Achieve individual weekly, monthly, and annual interview targets.
Application Targets:
- Assist students during online application processes to secure applications on the spot.
- Follow up on unpaid online applications and ensure payments are completed.
- Conduct calling campaigns to convert interviews into applications.
- Drive application acceptance and pre-registration fee payments.
- Achieve individual weekly, monthly, and annual application targets.
Registration Targets:
- Support the campus in converting applications to registrations to meet annual registration goals.
Administration and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate daily reports, including call logs, interview trackers, and CRM data.
- Ensure interview forms and applications have supporting documentation.
- Update relevant systems and reports as required by the Head of Student Recruitment.
