LOCATION:
Durban Campus

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS JOB:

Responsible for growing and maintaining the Capsicum Culinary Studio Brand and achieving targeted growth.

KEY RESULT AREAS:

Output

• Build the Capsicum Culinary Studio brand and achieve target growth for the company.
• Ensure all administrative duties are completed timely, keeping Head Office and the Campus Principal updated on daily, weekly, and monthly activities, with reports sent to Management as requested.
• Implement and adhere to policies and processes set out by legislation, accreditation bodies, and Capsicum Culinary Studio.
• Contribute to the local community, project the values of Capsicum Culinary Studio, and implement plans to decrease the carbon footprint.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-year Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (NQF level 7) in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Communication, or similar.
• Sales & Marketing Diploma (Ideal).

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• Telephone etiquette.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Time management and planning skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Customer service focused.
• Target-driven with the ability to handle pressure.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years in a target-driven sales environment with experience in presentations to all levels.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
