As a Student Advisor, you’ll be part of the student recruitment team, playing a key role in guiding prospective students through the full enrolment journey — from first contact through to registration. You’ll engage with students and parents, answer questions, and help them make informed decisions, all while working toward clear sales targets.
● Manage incoming student enquiries and follow up with leads.
● Guide prospective students through the application and registration process
● Meet and exceed individual and team enrolment targets
● Deliver outstanding service to students and parents via phone, email, and in person
● Accurately maintain CRM records and documentation
● Attend open days, expos, and marketing events when required
● Matric certificate required
● Tertiary qualification (completed) essential
● Prior experience in sales, customer service, or student recruitment is advantageous
● Afrikaans speaking or bilingual a plus (but not essential)
● Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (compulsory)
● Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons and for special events
● Excellent communication skills – in person, over the phone, and digitally
● Results-driven with a methodical and motivated approach
● Strong time management and organisational skills
● High energy, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
● A genuine interest in education and helping others succeed
