Student Advisor - Rosebank

LOCATION : Johannesburg

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS JOB: Responsible for growing and maintaining the Capsicum Culinary Studio Brand and achieving targeted growth.

KEY RESULT AREAS

1. Build the Capsicum Culinary Studio brand and achieve target growth for the company.
2. Achieve sales targets set out by Manager.
3. Coordinate & participate in school visits & parent evenings in assigned area according to the Marketing Plan.
4. Participate in career exhibitions.
5. Organize PR functions with target markets in coordination with Head Office.
6. Distribute student canvassing and marketing material to target markets.
7. Handle interviews/enquiries from potential students.
8. Recruit students from designated groups according to the marketing program.
9. Ensure all administrative duties are done timeously and keep Head Office and the Campus Principal updated on daily, weekly & monthly activities, and send reports to Management as requested.
10. Ensure that EMS activities are captured and follow-ups are up to date.
11. Attend weekly sales meetings with the Branch Manager.
12. Submit reports and stats timeously and accurately.
13. Ensure implementation and adherence to policies and processes as set out by Legislation, Accreditation bodies, and Capsicum Culinary Studio.
14. Ensure compliance with all financial processes.
15. Adhere to the CCS Code of Conduct.
16. Follow all CCS policies and guidelines as set by the Academic and QA department.
17. Contribute back to the local community, project the values of Capsicum Culinary Studio, and implement the Capsicum Culinary Studio plan to decrease carbon footprint.
18. Support the company's social responsibility initiatives.
19. Implement CCS plan to decrease carbon footprint.
20. Participate in CCS fun events.
21. Live the CCS values.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

3 Year Diploma / Bachelor's Degree (NQF level 7) in Business / Marketing / Public Relations / Communication field or similar. Sales & Marketing Diploma (Ideal).

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

1. Telephone Etiquette.
2. Advanced Oral & Written Communication.
3. Valid driver's license & own vehicle.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1. 2 years in a target-driven sales environment with presentation to all levels.
2. 1 year sales experience.
3. Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
