Job Responsibilities:

  1. Consult and coordinate student recruitment and enrolment by understanding admissions, registration criteria, scholarship/bursary information, and registration deadlines.
  2. Conduct cold calling of prospective students.
  3. Provide career and academic counselling.
  4. Serve as the "go-to person" for student recruitment and responding to queries.
  5. Prepare and submit required documentation for registration and administration.
  6. Assist with planning and implementing workshop processes.
  7. Assist with planning and executing the examination process.
  8. Perform ad hoc job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Short learning programme or course in office and/or business administration.

Experience: Minimum one to three years' experience within an office environment.

Sales and marketing experience is an advantage.
