The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating, building and managing relationships with prospective students and parents through every stage of the recruitment process and reporting on individual sales activities per set targets.
Responsibilities:
Student acquisition
Establishing and fostering productive relationships with teachers, principals, and other relevant partners
Building and managing relationships with prospective students and their parents at all relevant touchpoints during the application process
Capturing data of leads, appointments, applications, and registrations
Keeping updated records of interactions with prospective students
Creating student files
Processing applications
Preparing sales figures and statistics
Following up on payments for applications and registrations
Requirements:
Three-year Diploma or Degree in PR / Business / Marketing / Communications / Sales (or equivalent experience)
At least 2 years sales experience
Experience in managing and closing sales cycle
Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management software
Experience in the higher education industry
Customer service oriented
Target driven and ability to work well under pressure
