Are you passionate about education, driven by targets, and skilled in building relationships? A leading provider in the education sector is looking for a Student Advisor in Cape Town to support and guide prospective students through the enrolment process, ensuring a smooth and supportive journey from enquiry to registration.

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of student recruitment, managing applications, conducting consultations, and maintaining data integrity — all while hitting individual registration targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve individual student registration and application targets as set by the Head of Student Recruitment.
  • Respond to all prospective student enquiries via telephone and email within 48 hours.
  • Conduct structured consultations and follow-ups to guide leads through the application process.
  • Capture and update all student data accurately in the student information system (STASY).
  • Follow up with unpaid or incomplete applications to secure necessary documents and pre-registration payments.
  • Conduct weekly follow-up calls to convert enquiries into applications and drive conversions.
  • Maintain and manage key relationships with internal stakeholders and senior campus staff.
  • Schedule and conduct regular meetings with prospective students and other key contacts.
  • Ensure all communications are clear, professional, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Uphold data integrity standards and ensure all leads and interactions are properly documented.
What You’ll Bring:
  • A 3-year Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (NQF level 7) in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Communication, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales consulting or customer relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Strong administrative and time management abilities.
  • A proactive, target-driven mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
