This is a pipelining initiative aimed at building a strong talent pool for future opportunities within the team

Are you detail-orientated and passionate about risk management, business administration and financial markets?

We’re looking for a Specialist: StructuredSolutions to join our high-performing Structuring Team, supporting multiple consolidated entities with critical administrative and coordinating, responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Exposure to different consolidated entities, understanding how they operate and how to manage their specific requirements.
  • Supporting governance processes and managing risk from a business perspective.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic and operational alignment.
  • Exposure to financial markets and the broader structuring environment
  • Assisting in ensuring a seamless interface across business functions.

Requirements

  • An NQF Level 7 qualification (postgraduate degree advantageous).
  • 1+ years' experience in administration, compliance, legal entity operations, or corporate secretarial services.
  • An understanding of the financial markets regulatory and compliance landscape.
  • Excellent organisational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
