Job summary

TSU Group Holdings seeks freelance Riot and Crowd Control Officers available for deployments nationwide. Officers will respond to client sites and may be required to work away from home for extended periods.

Applicants should hold PSIRA Grade C, relevant riot/tactical training, and SAPS firearm competency for handgun, shotgun, and carbine. Fluency in English and strong reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF level).
• Current PSIRA registration (Minimum Grade C).
• Security training certification (Grades).
• Riot training certificate or Tactical training certificate.
• Crowd control/crowd management/public order management.
• Full SAPS firearm competency (Handgun/Shotgun/Carbine).
• Use and handle Handgun (advantageous).
• Use and handle Shotgun (compulsory).
• Use and handle Carbine (advantageous).
• Firearm statement of Results.
• Use and handle – Handgun.
• Use and handle – Shotgun.
• Use and handle - Carbine (If applicable).
• Regulation 21 certificate (If available).
• Pass physically fitness test regularly.

TSU would like to recruit Freelance Riot and Crowd control officers. Riot officers are required to deploy to any site in various parts of the country as requested by our clients. Officers will respond and work away from home most of the time

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid driver's license (advantageous)
• Own Transport (advantageous)
• Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF level).
• Current PSIRA registration (Minimum Grade C)
• Security training certification (Grades)
• Riot training certificate or Tactical training certificate
• Crowd control/crowd management/public order management
• Full business SAPS firearm competency (Handgun/Shotgun/Carbine):
• Use and handle Handgun (advantageous)
• Use and handle Shotgun compulsory
• Use and handle Carbine (advantageous)
• Firearm statement of Results:
• Use and handle – Handgun
• Use and handle – Shotgun
• Use and handle - Carbine (If applicable)
