Now's the time to imagine your potential in a team where experts ignite effective change. The Strategy Specialist focuses on omni-channel strategies, utilizing digital tools like GMP (Google Marketing Platform) and social media to craft data-driven plans reaching customers across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities include planning and developing digital platform strategies, data, tech, AI, and campaign strategies within their portfolios. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with various BUs and teams within FRG, including Channels, Sub Segments, Dynamic Decisioning, iDNA, BU Analytics, Retail and Commercial Sales, and Interactions Enablers for data and campaign flows.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Digital Strategy Planning & Audience Analysis: Develop, manage, and monitor paid media strategies aligned with marketing objectives, conduct market research, analyze competitors, and define KPIs.
  2. Data & Competitive Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data for improvements, and understand A / B testing frameworks.
  3. Collaboration & Communication: Work with internal teams, maintain clear communication, support knowledge sharing, and stay updated on digital trends.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (NQF Level 7) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Google industry certifications (Google Ads, GMP products, social media).
  • Additional digital marketing and analytical qualifications advantageous.
Experience & Skills
  • 3-5 years in digital marketing strategy, with successful campaign development.
  • Experience with Google Ads and GMP products, social media, Search, Display channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data from GMP, social media, and analytics tools.
