Job summary

Services SETA invites applicants for an internship to support research, strategy development, compliance auditing, and administrative functions within the Strategy and Insights department in Johannesburg. The position provides practical exposure to audit procedures, stakeholder coordination, and project support, with a monthly stipend.

Qualifications

• NQF 4 or equivalent certificate is required.
• NQF 6 diploma in internal audit, business or related fields.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and strategy development; compile and present findings.
• Facilitate evaluation and audit of WSP/ATR for compliance.
• Provide admin support for qualifications and learning programmes.
• Administer chamber meetings/events and coordinate stakeholder communication.
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, handle correspondence, travel docs.
• Support project managers with meeting org, milestones, and deadlines.
• Organize databases, spreadsheets, and strategic documentation.
