About the role...

• Lead strategic initiatives including market research, competitor benchmarking, tech vision development, and vendor selection processes
• Develop data-driven solutions by analysing market trends and creating strategic recommendations and roadmaps
• Drive project success by managing timelines, communicating milestones, and building strong relationships with clients
• Collaborate with passionate colleagues who are committed to collective success and mutual support
• Work across functional boundaries by partnering with diverse subject-matter experts, technical specialists, and stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions

About you......

• Experience in HR technology transformations, preferably in external client consulting environments
• Strong knowledge of HRIS/HCM platforms, ATS systems, and the wider HR tech ecosystem
• Exceptional communication skills for building client relationships
• Proven project management capabilities
• Experience running innovation workshops and co-creation sessions with clients
• Ability to analyse complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights
• Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of projects whilst knowing when to collaborate and seek input
