Job summary

Greys Personnel is seeking a Junior Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator in Randburg, Gauteng. You will support the movement of materials from suppliers to customers and help ensure efficient operations and top-tier service.

You will coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, monitor stock, assist with procurement, and liaise with transport providers and internal teams to optimize delivery performance. Ideal candidates have a relevant degree or diploma, exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Syspro), strong

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Operations Management or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 13 years experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehouse Operations or Procurement.
Exposure to a manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock planning.
Support procurement and supplier order coordination.
Liaise with transport providers, suppliers, and internal departments.
Assist with production scheduling and material planning.
Track customer orders and delivery performance.
Maintain ERP system information and logistics documentation.
Analyse operational data and prepare supply chain reports.
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and warehouse operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and supply chain procedures.
