About the Role
You'll lead talent acquisition for executive, senior leadership, and critical roles, partnering across the business to deliver proactive hiring strategies.
You'll also drive employer branding initiatives that resonate in the market, building strong pipelines and elevating the company's employer-of-choice position.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy for leadership and critical roles
Lead external talent mapping and create targeted talent pools
Collaborate with HRBPs and P&OE Managers on workforce planning and pipelining
Build and own employer brand strategy and external brand presence
Manage strategic partnerships with sourcing platforms and agencies
Deliver hiring campaigns focused on key talent segments
Oversee digital talent platforms and applicant tracking systems
Track and report on key recruitment metrics (vacancy fill rate, time to hire, candidate experience)
Ensure alignment with Employment Equity and BBBEE goals
Champion candidate and hiring manager experience at every touchpoint
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree (HR, Business or related field)
Proven experience managing executive and critical recruitment cycles
Strong background in employer branding, talent analytics, and workforce planning
Skilled in strategic sourcing and building external partnerships
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder influence capabilities
FMCG or fast-paced corporate experience preferred
