DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Stakeholder Management
- Build relationships with executives, Board members, and various other stakeholders across the Group.
- Build and develop relationships with all employees.
Identification and Management of Strategic Initiatives
- Develop and oversee strategic business initiatives.
- Lead special CEO-initiated projects independently.
- Recognize and initiate new business opportunities.
- Prepare detailed analyses of new initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI projections, and risk assessments.
- Organize workshops and strategy sessions to facilitate deep dives into critical issues.
- Facilitate regular strategy review sessions to ensure strategic initiatives are on track.
- Assist in strategic resource allocation to ensure key initiatives are adequately funded.
Research, Analysis, and Reporting
- Develop and monitor KPIs to track progress toward strategic goals.
- Conduct research and provide comprehensive reports on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights, highlighting potential risks and opportunities.
- Monitor internal and external environments for potential risks.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize organizational impact.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- CA / CFA / Honours / Bachelor in Business Science / LLB degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a specialist role, ideally in corporate/M&A or equity analysis.
- Venture capital, investments, and private equity experience is non-negotiable.
