As Strategic Support to the CEO, you have the incredibly important task of being a strategic partner, trusted confidant, and professional problem solver.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stakeholder Management
Build relationships with executives, Board members, and various other stakeholders across the Group.
Build and develop relationships with all employees. - Identification and Management of Strategic Initiatives
Develop and oversee strategic business initiatives.
Independent leadership of special CEO-initiated projects.
Recognise and initiate new business opportunities.
Prepare detailed analysis of new initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI projections, and risk assessments.
Organise workshops and strategy sessions to facilitate deep dives into critical issues.
Facilitate regular strategy review sessions, ensuring that strategic initiatives are on track.
Assist in the strategic allocation of resources, ensuring that key initiatives are adequately funded. - Research, Analysis, and Reporting
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards strategic goals.
Conduct research and regularly provide comprehensive reports on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Translate complex data into actionable insights, highlighting potential risks and opportunities.
Continuously monitor the internal and external environment for potential risks.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimise impact on the organisation.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
CA / CFA / Honours / Bachelor Business Science / LLB degree.
Minimum 5 years work experience in a specialist role, ideally in corporate / M&A or equity analysis.
Venture Capital, investments, and private equity experience non-negotiable.
