Responsibilities

• Improve operational efficiency on Supply Chain & Operations projects and internal initiatives.
• Lead teams on engagements and manage risks to deliver high quality work.
• Build strong internal EY relationships and collaborate across services.
• Develop people through supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff and conducting performance reviews.
