Job summary

SoluGrowth PTY is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in the Western Cape for a permanent, mid-career role (2–4 yrs). You will partner with manufacturing sites and JVs to generate and analyse financial data, ensuring data integrity and driving informed cost management decisions.

Your responsibilities include highlighting performance gaps, supporting site planning cycles, preparing monthly results with KPIs and commentary, and strengthening financial controls across the business unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level accounting degree completed (BCom) or equivalent.
• CIMA or accounting honours desirable.
• At least 3 years in management accounting or controlling, preferably in supply chain.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to work independently under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Excel and SAP for manufacturing.
• Ability to build simple to medium complexity business cases.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sites and JVs to advise on financial insights and cost management.
• Support site planning cycles and latest estimates.
• Prepare monthly results with KPIs, commentary, and benchmarks.
• Monitor cost standards, BOM accuracy, and SAP routing.
• Audit internal controls and assist stock verification.
• Contribute to budgets and forecasts across sites.
• Manage monthly reconciliations and end-to-end financial processing for JV entities.
