Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Business Admin, or related field.
• Master's degree or CIPS certification is advantageous.
• 7–10 years in purchasing/procurement with 3+ years in management.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic sourcing with cost savings.
• Strong negotiation, analytics, and contract knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans with optimal suppliers.
• Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and SLAs.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement process from requisition to order fulfillment.
