• Substantial management experience, ideally within a BPO environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Clear and confident communication across all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Team Managers, conducting regular 1-2-1s and performance reviews.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth operation.
• Oversee day-to-day HR processes and people support across teams.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with regular updates and reporting.
