Dimension Data is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to ensure client satisfaction by delivering services per SLA and contractual obligations. The role focusses on building strong client relationships at regional levels and guiding delivery teams to uphold governance and service excellence.

As an ambassador for Dimension Data, you will manage interactions with clients, participate in service reviews, monitor performance, and contribute to service improvement plans across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Establish excellent working relationships with client representatives at regional level.
• Advise on service delivery by setting interaction/escalation points and managing the services budget.
• Lead service delivery teams to ensure delivery according to contractual commitments and SLAs.
• Identify risks to delivery and drive solutions to minimise escalations and delivery impact.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities to upsell and support pre-sales processes.
