Job summary

Zimele Technologies is seeking a Data Capability Lead to steer enterprise data transformation across SAP landscapes in a high-impact role. You will shape data migration and governance across IS-U, RE-FX, ECC to S/4HANA, while mentoring talent and aligning with client readiness for the digital economy.

Jointly you’ll architect frameworks, drive automation with SQL and SAP tools, and ensure data quality and regulatory compliance across multi-country projects in Africa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• SAP Activate Project Manager Certification.
• SAP MDG Certification; DAMA-DMBOK2 Knowledge or Certification.
• PMP or Agile/Scrum Master Certification.
• Data Architecture or ETL-related training.

Responsibilities

• Architect data migration frameworks using SAP Activate, PMP and Agile.
• Lead data migration and governance across ECC, S/4HANA, IS-U, RE-FX, CRM.
• Coach junior consultants and build internal data talent.
• Run client data readiness workshops and advisory sessions.
• Define and oversee delivery milestones, test loads, and go-lives.
