Strategic Sales Lead Position

About The Legends Agency:

We specialize in designing and building SMART spaces, focusing on:

  • Architecture & Interior Design
  • End-to-End Construction & Fit-Out
  • Building Compliance (Occupation Certificates)

We create spaces that reflect a brand's identity, culture, and workflow, balancing stunning design with practical compliance and regulatory requirements.

Purpose: To secure high-value interior architecture projects by positioning Vortex as a premium design and execution partner. This role involves converting prospects into signed contracts while ensuring project viability and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B client acquisition through outbound and inbound sales efforts
  • Position our 7-stage model to landlords, corporates, and procurement professionals
  • Lead all client communications from initial engagement to contract signature
  • Draft commercial proposals and ensure clear client briefing into Stage 01
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and forecast monthly/quarterly pipelines
  • Follow up post-project for testimonials and referrals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in design, construction, or property sectors
  • Excellent proposal writing and client-facing presentation skills
  • Proven pipeline management with R5M+/quarter revenue potential
  • Tech-savvy with CRM systems like Pipedrive, Monday.com, or similar

Qualifications and Professional Memberships:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business
  • Member of MASA or certified by IMM Graduate School

Salary Range:

Junior: R15,000 - R20,000 per month

Mid-Level: R25,000 - R30,000 + commission per month

Senior: R35,000 - R50,000 + commission per month
