Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Risk and Compliance Manager to support the implementation of risk management processes and ensure compliance with relevant statutes. The role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience and a B.Com (Hons) in Internal Auditing or Risk Management. Responsibilities include reporting on risk matters and conducting compliance reviews. Candidates with certification as an Internal Auditor will be preferred. The position is based in Sandton, Gauteng.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management or compliance roles.
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) qualification is desirable.
• Experience in Property Management and Property Development is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation of risk management processes and tools.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Perform internal compliance reviews and coordinate monitoring activities.
• Develop entity-wide policies and review on an annual basis.
