• Knowledge of property acquisitions, disposals and development processes.
• Experience in project coordination, including budget and timeline monitoring.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, commercially focused approach with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
