Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Project Manager to drive Business Development and Strategy initiatives in Kimberley. You will identify new market opportunities, develop strategic plans, and manage projects that support growth, with a flexible hybrid work model.

You will work with senior leadership across sales, marketing, and operations, conduct market research, and lead cross-functional teams from conception to completion to shape the company's future direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, strategic planning, or business development.
• Proven ability to conduct market research and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects focused on market analysis, competitive intelligence, and new business ventures.
• Develop business cases and strategic plans for growth opportunities.
• Manage the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive project success.
• Monitor market trends and identify potential threats and opportunities for the business.
• Prepare and present strategic recommendations and project updates to executive stakeholders.
