Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience.
• 2+ years of cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Experience with data and analytics to drive decisions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience across product categories such as Footwear/Apparel, Consumer Electronics, or OHL.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive all 3P Marketplace selection growth initiatives in South Africa, including goal setting, tracking, and delivery.
• Act as the single-threaded owner for Selection, defining priorities, roadmaps, and execution plans aligned to business objectives.
• Identify selection gaps and growth opportunities using internal and external data, and build scalable programs to address them.
• Launch and scale new GLs (product categories), driving end-to-end execution and ensuring successful adoption and growth.
• Partner cross-functionally with local and global teams to launch and optimize selection programs, while leveraging best practices from other Emerging Market 3P teams.
• Develop and monitor key performance metrics, providing regular insights, reporting, and recommendations to leadership.
• Translate customer insights and business needs into structured program requirements, including business requirement documents and tool enhancements.
