Job summary

Monocle Solutions in Sandton is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to drive and operationalise the P&C strategy across Client Consulting or Internal teams.

You will partner with Partners, Directors and Associate Directors, align people initiatives with business priorities, and lead end-to-end lifecycle activities including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance, retention and remuneration to support a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in Industrial/Organisational Psychology.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience in Consulting is advantageous.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry is advantageous, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment between people strategy and overall business strategy and priorities.
• Deliver the full suite of People & Culture offerings and initiatives to Client Consulting and/or Internal teams.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Partners, Directors, and Associate Directors on all people-related matters.
• Operationalise People & Culture capabilities within their assigned business units.
• Strengthen people-related processes and establish a centralised point of contact for all people matters.
• Guide and coach leaders through the implementation of people strategies and processes.
• Execute end-to-end execution of the people lifecycle: talent attraction, onboarding, development, learning, performance, retention, remuneration.
