Job Purpose:

Develop and maintain relationships with business partners, supporting strategies to increase revenue for TIH.

Responsibilities:

1. Partner / Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with partners and internal stakeholders, resolve issues, create synergy, and negotiate contracts.
2. Innovation Strategy, Pipeline, and Roadmap: Lead new projects to expand partnerships and develop strategic growth plans.
3. Client & Customer Management: Act as a business partner to internal clients, managing relationships and building the business.
4. Horizon Scanning: Stay informed on current and future market trends through research.
5. Policy Development & Implementation: Develop and monitor procedures, ensuring compliance with contracts and SLAs.
6. Budgeting & Costing: Manage budgets, analyze variances, and report to senior management.
7. Insights and Reporting: Analyze partner initiatives and business metrics.
8. Project Management: Oversee a portfolio of projects and report progress.
9. Work Scheduling and Allocation: Coordinate team schedules to meet organizational goals.
10. Performance Management: Prioritize tasks, ensure standards, and implement performance improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Administration (Essential)
• Post-graduate degree in Business Management (Advantageous)

Experience:

• 2-3 years in Strategic Partner Management (Essential)
