Placements24 is seeking a skilled Management Consultant focused on Strategy & Operations to join our Centurion-based team. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency, refine strategic direction, and implement effective business solutions.

Responsibilities include analyzing current processes, developing strategic roadmaps, redesigning workflows, and guiding change through workshops and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in management consulting, operations management, or similar strategic role.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex operational data and develop practical, effective solutions.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable presenting to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client's current operational processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
• Develop strategic plans and operational improvement roadmaps, aligning with client's long-term business objectives.
• Design and implement optimized business processes, workflows, and organizational structures.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams on new processes and strategies.
• Provide expert advice on technology adoption, resource allocation, and performance management.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal management.
