Job summary

Ariston Group is seeking a MRP & Production Planning Leader to drive end-to-end production planning, ensure material availability and on-time fulfilment. You translate demand into feasible production plans while balancing inventory, capacity and supplier performance.

You will partner with multiple functions to align supply with customer requirements, support new product introductions and lead continuous-improvement initiatives within World Class Manufacturing practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in Production Planning, Materials Planning or Manufacturing Internal Logistics.
• Strong practical experience with MRP, production scheduling, capacity planning, inventory management and supplier scheduling.
• Solid experience with SAP or ERP-based planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production planning process and develop schedules based on demand, inventory and priorities.
• Translate forecasts and orders into feasible plans, balancing material, capacity and labour.
• Monitor execution and adjust plans for changes in demand or supply constraints.
• Ensure raw materials and spare parts are available and optimize inventory levels.
• Coordinate supplier schedules and material replenishment to prevent shortages.
• Maintain SAP master data and ensure inventory accuracy and traceability.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, SQA, Logistics, R&D and commercial teams.
• Drive continuous improvement across planning, inventory and logistics.
