Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in marketing communications, with at least 2 in a management role.
• Proven track record of integrated marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee creation of marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
• Manage external advertising and media buying efforts.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing communication professionals.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
