Placements24 seeks an innovative Brand Communications Manager to spearhead our client’s communication strategy. This fully remote role is based from Port Elizabeth and targets consistent messaging across national platforms.

You will develop campaigns, lead storytelling, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure brand coherence. A Master’s in Marketing/Comms/PR and 7+ years’ experience are required for this senior position.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in brand management, corporate communications, or PR.
• Proven success in developing and implementing brand communication strategies.
• Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing online reputation and social media communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive brand communication strategies.
• Create compelling brand stories and messaging for diverse audiences and channels.
• Manage media relations, including proactive pitching and reactive crisis communication.
• Oversee social media content and engagement strategies to build brand presence.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
