Job summary

PepsiCo requires a Maintenance Planner who will organize and schedule preventive maintenance across all plant areas, coordinating with production and maintenance teams to ensure reliable asset performance.

The role also covers production planning duties, managing spare parts, SAP maintenance modules, and contributing to EHS and food safety compliance while driving cost control and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in mechanical, industrial, or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing; FMCG preferred; 3 years in maintenance planning; SAP PM/MM experience.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the preventive maintenance programme for the unit.
• Optimise the technical resource utilization.
• Release planned work orders from SAP.
• Plan the availability of necessary resources to ensure work gets done.
• Build and maintain good relationships with service providers, part suppliers, OEMs and contractors.
• Plan all annual shutdown tasks.
• Manage spare parts inventory and budgets.
• Assist the maintenance manager and attend HOD meetings.
