Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Logistics Planner to optimize the supply chain and distribution network in the Free State region, based in Bloemfontein. You will analyze transportation data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement cost-saving strategies to enhance delivery times.

You will coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, manage inventory flow, and monitor performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics planning or supply chain coordination.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with logistics planning software.
• Solid understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient transportation and distribution plans for the Free State region.
