AGCO South Africa is seeking a Product Support and Logistics Specialist based at the Kestel Logistics Facility in Johannesburg. The role focuses on coordinating product readiness, logistics, and dealer/distributor handovers to ensure timely, compliant operations.

You will manage equipment documentation, support training events, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with internal teams and logistics partners across site operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma, degree or equivalent in supply chain or related discipline.
• 2–5 years' experience in logistics, stock control, documentation, or dealer support.
• Strong computer literacy: MS Office, stock records, reporting tools, photographs and document control.
• Valid driver's license, own transport and willingness to travel.
• Role is based at the Kestel Logistics Facility with cross-site coordination.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate shipping shortages, transport damage, PDI progress, accessories and equipment preparation to meet OEM standards.
• Review arrival inspections and documentation, track readiness actions and elevate missing, damaged or non‑compliant items.
• Support dealer and distributor handovers by confirming cleaning, documentation, readiness checks and release requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and provide clear status updates and escalation notes to support timely decisions.
• Coordinate equipment preparation for training, show days, field days and demonstrations.
• Liaise with relevant teams and providers to confirm equipment availability, site readiness and shipping documentation.
• Track the return, condition and storage of demo or training units and document follow‑up actions.
• Inspect and document incoming equipment condition, including damage, missing items, specification, cleanliness and overall condition.
