Job summary

Dis-Chem Pharmacies is seeking an IT Vendor Manager to optimize relationships with IT vendors and service providers across the Group CIO organization. You will ensure services align with contractual commitments, performance expectations, cost controls, and strategic objectives while supporting governance and risk management.

The role requires experience with managed service providers, multi-vendor environments, and a degree/diploma in IT or related fields.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
5+ years’ experience in IT vendor management, service management, or commercial roles.
Experience with managed service providers and technology vendors.
Experience in large or multi-vendor environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day relationships with IT vendors and service providers across the Group CIO organization.
Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual terms.
Support contract management, renewals, and renegotiations in line with procurement and legal processes.
Identify opportunities to rationalize vendors and improve service quality and efficiency.
Coordinate vendor involvement across delivery, operations and support.
