Job summary

Confluent is seeking an experienced Operations Head: Insurance (Claims & Fulfilment) to lead claims outcomes, policy client service and the first-line control environment. Reporting at executive level, you will build a capable, accountable team across senior and junior management and drive compliant, customer-centric processes.

You will oversee claims management, fulfilment and stakeholder governance, ensuring timely, fair outcomes and steady improvements through data-driven insights and system

Qualifications

• Experience leading insurance operations including claims and policy administration.
• Full Representative (not under supervision) for FSP license categories.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end claims performance and approvals for high-stakes cases.
• Oversee policy fulfilment, client service and SLA adherence across the lifecycle.
• Direct multi-layer teams with performance management and succession planning.
• Drive system optimisations, UAT oversight and process improvements.
• Manage stakeholders across Compliance, IT, Finance and Insurance partners.
