Responsibilities include managing enrolments and changes, coordinating with insurers, supporting renewals, and liaising with HR teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in employee benefits operations or healthcare benefits administration
• Degree required
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences
• Project management capabilities
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in Excel and data reporting
• Experience with medical schemes or coordinating insurer relationships
• Exposure to consulting or professional services environments

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of healthcare benefit programmes, including enrolments, changes, terminations, and exception handling
• Validate and manage client data, ensuring accuracy of member records with insurers and administrators
• Liaise with internal teams and external providers to monitor claims, resolve service issues, and implement client requests
• Support renewals and benefit changes by preparing documentation, tracking deadlines, and coordinating with stakeholders
• Act as a primary operational contact for client HR teams
• Prepare concise updates and follow-ups after client meetings involving healthcare services
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and external providers to align expectations and ensure service quality
• Assist with implementation projects such as scheme migrations, option comparisons, and benefit upgrades
• Track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables, escalating risks or bottlenecks as needed
• Contribute to operational procedures and service documentation
• Ensure processes comply with internal standards and external regulatory requirements relevant to medical schemes and benefit administration
• Monitor service performance metrics and report on trends or issues
