Blacksmith Agency is expanding its marketing division and seeks an Organic Growth Manager to own strategy, performance and client-facing leadership across paid search, paid social, SEO and conversion optimization. This is a hybrid strategic and operational role with direct involvement in sales calls and roadmap creation.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in PPC, SEO or multi-channel strategy.
• Experience running paid and organic channels concurrently.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, GA4, GSC and keyword research tools.
• Ability to articulate strategic recommendations for clients and sales teams.
• Track record of overseeing execution teams and ensuring deliverable quality.
• Strong analytical skills with fast issue diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for PPC and SEO clients across industries.
• Participate in sales calls to validate scope and pitch recommendations.
• Create 90 day, 6 month and annual growth roadmaps for clients.
• Own client performance across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft and organic search.
• Audit campaigns, keywords, bidding, landing pages and CRO opportunities.
• Oversee technical SEO, on-page SEO, link building, AI-driven content.
• Track KPIs, attribution and analytics accuracy.
• Provide weekly direction and QA, coordinating with the marketing project manager.
• Present monthly and quarterly performance summaries to clients.
