Job summary

TWK Agri Piet Retief is seeking a Financial Manager to oversee all financial activities, guide budgeting and forecasting, and provide strategic leadership for the organisation in Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.

The role requires 5–7 years in financial management, CA(SA) or equivalent qualification, and strong leadership, analytical and communication skills. You will drive process improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor the finance team within a dynamic agricultural company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CA(SA) preferred
• 5–7 years of experience in a financial management role
• Fluency in Afrikaans and English is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee all financial activities to ensure fiscal health.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and capital expenditure.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and strengthen internal controls.
• Mentor the finance team and drive continuous improvement.
